Conditions of the contest:
All persons over 16 years of age, with the exception of employees of the contest organizers, are eligible to participate. The dissemination of game results is taken at the risk of the individual participant. The top score for each individual will be registered. Multiple entries through the use of aliases is not permitted (Entry according to the name appearing on official i.d. is required.) In the case of more than one participant with the same score, the winner will be decided by lottery.
Winners will be notified by e-mail sent to the address indicated by participant. Indicating the correct address is the responsibility of the participant. There will be no cash payment. There will be no correspondence regarding the lottery. The judges decision is final.
The contest organizers will process my information confidentially. I understand that my personal details will be stored and my name may be published. I agree to my personal information being used exclusively by the contest organizers (Management). There will be no forwarding of information to third parties.
The Contest owners domicile is the City of Basel in Switzerland. By participating the contest from foreign countries, the participants accept all terms of conditions and the national law of the owners country.
Legal actions are excluded.
